Shipping & Delivery Information

Standard deliveries are weekdays (8am–6pm). Kerbside as standard via tail-lift on flat, solid ground. Our courier will contact you to arrange a convenient day, this will be from your local depot and often a driver's mobile number. Please look out for this call. Depots will only hold goods awaiting delivery for 3-4 days, after which they are returned to us.

Delivery details & FAQs

Delivery basics: days, windows & contact
  • Deliveries are Monday–Friday (excl. bank holidays), usually between 8am–6pm.
  • Kerbside delivery as standard via tail-lift and pallet truck on flat, solid ground.
  • Our courier will contact you to book a convenient day.

Please avoid scheduling tradespeople until goods have arrived.

Lead times & cut-off
  • Standard estimates: 5–7 working days (Zones 1–2), 4–8 working days (Zones 3–4).
  • Same-day despatch cut-off: 12:00 noon (subject to stock and processing).
  • Delivery dates are estimates (third-party couriers). Compensation isn’t payable for late deliveries.
Vehicle sizes & access constraints

Typical vehicles

  • 18-ton rigid: approx. L 11 m × W 2.55 m × H 4 m
  • 7.5-ton: approx. L 7.8 m × W 2.55 m × H 3.5 m

Good to know

  • No steep slopes; pallet trucks need flat, solid ground.
  • Reserve space at kerb/driveway for vehicle & offload.
  • Tight access? Ask about smaller/specialist vehicles (hi-ab, moffett, 3.5-ton) — additional costs may apply.
Parcel vs pallet deliveries
  • Parcel courier: smaller items (e.g. cleaners, sealers, tubs, samples).
  • Pallet haulage: paving, bulk or heavy goods; kerbside offload.
  • Some orders may arrive in multiple consignments (different couriers).
Damages & shortages — what to do
  • On delivery, inspect and photograph any damage and note it with the driver if possible.
  • Email photos + quantities and your order number to Customer Support.
  • Replacements typically take up to 8 working days. We recommend allowing ~10% extra for cuts/breakages on projects.
Returns & surplus goods
  • We can accept full, unopened pallets for return.
  • Return haulage from £100 per pallet (varies by postcode/weight).
  • Collections usually take 5–7 working days subject to haulier availability.
Missed delivery & re-delivery charges
  • If no one is available to sign or access is unsuitable, re-delivery/haulage charges may apply.
  • Keep your phone on — the courier may call on the day.

Samples — delivery info
  • Sample packs are sent via parcel courier.
  • The sample delivery charge can be refunded against your paving order (see product page terms).
