These Bullnose Charcoal Kerb Stones are designed for driveway paving. Their primary use is as edge restraints for your driveway block paving. They can be paired with charcoal driveway block paving to create your edge course (stretcher or soldier) that can be contrasted with the interior driveway blocks.
Match or contrast with your driveway block paving with these kerb stones. They are in a matching charcoal colour to our driveway block paving so are ideally suited to be used together.
As well as being suitable for driveway edging and kerbs, these blocks can also be used to create garden paths and steps too.
The main function of these kerb stones is to be used as edge restraints for block paving. Their dimensions and profile mean they are easy to install, as laying, levelling and backfilling are all straightforward. So haunching and securing the perimeter of your driveway block paving could not be easier.
This kerb stone has a rounded profile (bullnose).
Charcoal pattern (grey with darker grey flecks)
These kerb stones are sold in a 90 piece pack. Each block is 100mm wide, so this will provide a kerb of 9 metres long (9m linear).
These bullnose kerb blocks have a light textured finish.
To use these kerb stone blocks as edge restraints for your driveway paving, they should be laid on mortar, positioned and levelled. Once you are happy with their position and level, they should be haunched with cement to ensure they are full secured in position. Let the bedding mortar and haunching cement cure for 24 hours before attempting to lay any of the driveway's interior blocks.
Tip - you can use the kerb stone blocks as a guide to set the level of your sharp sand screed (laying course).
